FLOWERS ON THE ROAD

A shooting which was pure improvisation. Actually we wanted to shoot this outfit in a very special location, but since the location we planned was not free for us we had to search for another one. After 20 min of clueless driving around we decided to take the pictures on a very long abandoned road. That’s also why the name for this post was very easy for me to choose: Flowers on the Road. And on that very windy road the sun appeared for the first time since weeks and so I could enjoy the sun while the shooting. Really hope this will be more often the case in the coming weeks!

My Flowers on the Road Outfit:

Jumper: H&M for € 20

Ein Shooting das aus purer Improvisation entstand. Eigentlich wollten wir einen sehr speziellen Ort für dieses Outfit aussuchen, aber da die geplante Lokalität nicht frei war für uns mussten wir nach einer anderen suchen. Nach 20 Minuten planlosem herumfahren haben wir uns entschieden die Bilder auf einer sehr langen und verlassenen Landstrasse zu schiessen. Das ist der Grund warum der Name für diesen Post schon von Anfang an klar war: Flowers on the Road. Und auf dieser windigen Strasse kam doch zum ersten Mal seit Wochen die Sonne hervor und ich konnte während des ganzen Shootings die Sonne geniessen. Ich hoffe so sehr, dass dies öfters der Fall sein wird in den kommenden Wochen!

TOO COLD FOR SKIRTS

I look so much forward for spring, when I finally can wear skirts without freezing me to death! For the new film Anna Karenina I had definitively a too summery outfit what I only realised during the shooting. It was damn cold and I just realised that on the most picture I have crossed my legs to freeze even a little less. Until the thermometer doesn’t show +5 degrees I definitively let my fingers of skirts and shorts!

Ich freu mich so sehr auf den Frühling, wenn ich endlich wieder ohne frieren und zittern einen Rock tragen kann! Ich habe mich fürs Kino wohl etwas zu sommerlich angezogen, das habe ich aber erst beim Shooting gemerkt. Saukalt war‘s draussen und ich hab gerade gemerkt, dass ich fast immer mit gekreuzten Beiden dastand um mich vor der Kälte zu schützen. Bevor das Thermometer nicht wieder über +5 Grad zeigt, lass ich die Finger von Röcken und dergleichen!

ITS SATURDAY EVENING

Hi there! I have an evening for me alone and I thought I'll do the video I have originally planned for yesterday. Hope some of you will understand it though it’s in German. I'm always doing some tests in English but I need some more practises. ;)

Hallo ihr! Ihr habe heute Abend für mich alleine und dache mir ich mache den Video den ich euch gestern schon versprochen habe. Auch dieses Video ist auf Hochdeutsch, so kein problem für euch aber ich übe schon fest an meinem "beinahe fehlerfreiem" English um auch einmal einen Video auf English zu posten ;)

SILVER DENIM

It is still freezing cold in Switzerland. So I still need some patience for my new spring clothes. However we went for a long shopping day to Konstanz and to purchase some spring collections. We both had a free Saturday together since weeks so we indulged ourselves with salad and pizza in the il Boccone restaurant over to an ample shopping ramble through the stores and finally with a hot drink in a café. For the shooting we went into a small alleyway for not getting disturbed while taking the pictures, I am still very shy concerning that. Sure that I did not know what to wear, the outfit looks pretty good and on top I didn’t freeze at all. In the end of the day I had some bad foot pains but it was worth it ;)

My Silver Denim Outfit:

Es ist immer noch bitterkalt in der Schweiz. Ich muss mich also noch ein bisschen gedulden meine schönen neuen Kleider posten zu können. Trotzdem sind wir morgen nach Konstanz gefahren um dort die neusten Frühlingstrends einzukaufen. Wir hatten beide seit langem wieder einmal einen Samstag zusammen frei und haben uns richtig verwöhnt, angefangen mit Salat und Pizza im Il Boccone hin zu einem ausgiebigen Bummel durch die Läden und anschliessend noch einen wärmenden Getränk im Café. Fürs Shooting haben wir uns etwas in ein Seitengässchen zurückgezogen um ungestört Fotos machen zu können, ich bin immer noch etwas scheu was das anbetrifft. Dafür dass ich zuerst gar nicht wusste, was ich anziehen soll, ist mir das Outfit ganz gut gelungen, und vor allem hatte ich nicht kalt. Am Ende des Tages hatte ich jedoch ziemliche Fussschmerzen, hat sich aber gelohnt ;)
