LET'S GO CLUBBING

That’s now the second part of my post I promised you. As I mentioned, I wanted to change my beach outfit into an evening look. As we were short in time I just exchanged my ballerina for some new heels I have bought in Munich (sale at Zara), made up my hair with some mouse and wrapped around the cool waist belt and bob’s your uncle ;) (love this expression hahaha) I had a perfect evening look.

As you may imagine as a student I don’t have money to buy me all the time new clothes, even though I have to admit that I definitively spend more money than I should on clothes and so on. However I love to remix key pieces in a new way to get a completely new look. That saves money and it also is a way to be very creative. I have age-old pieces in my closet, which I love to pick out and create a new outfit with it. That challenges me and there are no limits for your phantasy. So, if you like this way of redesign, let me know it, because I really love it!

Love,
Delaia

PS: Sorry if the pictures have different lightening but there was a sunset ;)

My Clubbing Outfit:
Pants: H&M for € 10
Top: Zara for € 9
Heels: Zara Sale for € 40

Bag: Oasis for € 25

Earring: Asos for € 12

LET'S GO TO THE BEACH

I’m back! Back from Egypt I had to make a two-week power learning session to be at least a little prepared for exams. A self-imposed blogging break was the only way to resist the passion of blogging. But now the exams are over and I am free to blog as much as I can!
These pictures were made after a long day at the beach going back to the hotel room. I want to induct you into my habits I use to do for a perfect day at the beach.

Many of you ask me if my hairs are on a natural colour. Yes they are and I have an easy way to keep my colour year for year. Every time I go swimming in the sea I take care that my hairs get wet and let them drying in the sun. This natural way of discolouration through the sun works with every hair colour but with blond hair it works best. In addition I always have some special haircare products from John Frieda with me which I do not use often at home but in holiday I do every day. Also my skin and my nails get a special care during holiday. Every evening I use body milk and nail oil. But the best beauty product stays the salt-water!

About the Look:
The most important to me when I leave for a day at the beach is the capability of my outfit. I love to have it easy-going, comfy and multifunctional. That means no jewellery at all; they would anyway get broken at the beach-conditions. On the next post you will see what I mean with multifunctional. I will show you how easy and quickly you can turn a beach outfit into a cool evening look. But more about that tomorrow ;)

Viele fragen mich, ob meine Haare naturblond seien.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

It’s incredible how fast time is running. The New Year just started and we already have mid of January. Not that I have something against it, I anyway don’t like the cold months by far not as much as I do the summer. That’s why I love to remember myself on our time in Egypt. Very spontaneously we booked a week off in Egypt. We didn’t want to freeze two weeks, so we froze one and bathed in the sun the other one. Actually before that we travelled to Munich since our flight was from Munich airport. So the first week of January and the New Year’s Eve we passed under palms and by 25 degrees. We really enjoyed the sun and the sea and on top we could shoot some great looks which I can’t wait to show you. This one has been our first Look and it was made on the 31.12.12 on the verge of midnight. You might know the problem: You have eaten something yummy and already celebrated a little but the hours till midnight is a long haul. So we just picked our camera and made some pictures (unfortunately in the dark). We finished on time before midnight and could enjoy the original Egyptian fireworks. The atmosphere and the place was perfect. I really hope you also started well into the new Year and I absolutely looking forward to share Face Your Fancy with you and to bring it forward this year. Thank you all very much for your support and to accompany my on my way!
